Building energy from memories
Building up your energy is a vital part of your spiritual growth.
There are many ways of building your energy. This article will focus on your own life experienced memories.
The first thing you need to do is create a journal. This will be important later.
Society rarely teaches us to remember the good stuff. Most of the time we are taught to focus on the negatives in life. You see it all around you from the news to conversations to health issues and some much more.
If you were asked right now to list all of your good memories I can almost bet you would struggle to find many.
This is where the journal will help.
Expect this to take a few weeks at a minimum.
Start with memories that do surface when you ask yourself for positive stuff.
Once you have got them down on paper, then the next step begins.
Ask everyone around you for memories they have involving you that are positive. You will be pleasantly reminded of stuff that was in a dusty corner of your mind. Ask friends, family, co-workers, acquaintances, life partners, etc etc.
Next see if you can contact people from your past. Ask them the same question.
You should now have a much longer list of positives.
Now go back to your memory after reading all of the above and ask yourself, what can I remember before age 10, and then go up 5 years at a time till you reach your current age.
With this list, you need to read it every day. The more you focus on it, the more random memories will surface. Each time they do, write them into your journal.
You will find that even after a few months, you will still get random fleeting memories of positives.
Now that you have a journal of positives, see if you can put them into some kind of order.
For example, stuff that made you laugh, stuff that made you love, stuff that made you grateful and so on.
These memories will be critical in helping you to raise the positive energy that you wish. This helps you and it is also your primary source when you want to project a particular energy to someone else or even to a plant or an animal or an object you wish to gift to someone.
Making this part of your every day will have very profound effects on your life and on those around you.
